Synopsis
Americans discover that spaceships have arrived near Earth. The government is impatient to make contact with the Martians. The time has come. After a televised announcement, the point of contact is given as the desert of Nevada. But, misunderstanding or sneaky Martian hostility provokes a slaughter and they shoot at the reporters and soldiers who came to welcome them...
